As a company policy you can limit Social media. If you think as a CEO only these kinds of things can enhance company productivity that’s good.

Normally employees raised their hands to Management. Management point out the problem is from employee side.

But you didn’t get the points that I raised. That’s normal As a CEO :)
Achirahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08834997931605108668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7191715233571701691.post-36600498838000948432015-09-22T23:26:39.961-07:002015-09-22T23:26:39.961-07:00I'm sorry to hear certain things that had happ...I'm sorry to hear certain things that had happened, in general, I have witnessed developer inefficiencies to be blamed for making them work for longer hours.

Most developers spend time on chat applications and social media such as FB during work hours. The time they spent on personal entertainment activities need to catch up or their social life would pay the price.

At the other hand, poor project management takes the toll on developers. I'm not sure what's the case in most projects in SL IT industry, with what I have witnessed, I would put the blame on inefficient developers and incompetant PMs. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07590646238951477099noreply@blogger.com
